I know the story: someone goes somewhere , then something happens, but its not as it seems so someone else visits the protagonist, who doesn't know whats going on, so he his stuck in a strange situation where something has to happen, but doesn't, which irritates everyone but someone else, who is not there. end of story.

are like the SNES music like you said
(that or orchestrated..) because is my favorite style...
now they use like.. techno or things like that.. in a RPG...
thats not my style.. its kind of boring for me..
